Good things take time!

Patient presented in pain with pain and drainage from #19, same day surgical ex/bg/prp under IV sedation, 4 months later we have a site ready for an implant.

Thanks to a very low IAN, a longer implant is selected to engage with bone apical to the graft with great torque and primary stability.

Full Circle

Patient presents with a cracked #18, same-day surgical extraction, bone graft and PRP therapy. 4 months later there's minimal ridge loss and ready to place an implant. In another 4 they'll be ready to restore.
